Usage & Maintenance Instructions

How to Use:

1. Place the rotary slicer on a smooth, clean countertop and turn the front knob clockwise to lock the suction base securely.

2. Insert the desired stainless steel drum into the transparent barrel slot until it clicks into place.

3. Attach the handle to the back of the drum and tighten it.

4. Place your ingredients into the top red chute, gently press down with the food pusher, and rotate the handle clockwise to start slicing/grating.

How to Clean:

• Detach the handle, drum, and clear barrel from the main suction base.

• Rinse the components under warm running water. Use a small brush to safely clean any residue off the stainless steel drums.

• Note: Hand washing is highly recommended to preserve the sharpness of the blades and the integrity of the suction base.
